Tea baggers

I have some long term friends who have become “tea baggers” and some like me who are “progressives”.

We grew up in the same culture, but it is like we grew up on different planets.

If we cannot even agree on what is in front of our eyes, how can we agree on history.

One of my acquaintances wrote a book on Indian history.

In the preface it says

“half of this book is a lie, I just don’t know which half.”
